Javeline Technical Systems Sp. z o.o., is an experienced, independent company with a global network of partners. We provide comprehensive services dedicated to process engineering, ranging from design, construction and commissioning of control & measurement systems that utilize the highest quality, commercially-available devices. Our systems are designed primarily with analyzers that are based on IR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry (quadrupole and magnetic sector technologies). We operate in sectors such as:
- petrochemical
- biofuel production
- chemical
- pharmaceutical
- food and beverages
- metals, minerals & mining
- environmental and atmospheric research
- gas analysis
- nanotechnologies
- research and development activities
- processes in cement industry
- and many others
We specialize in the design of turn-key systems wherein we co-bundle individual analyzers with a sampling pre-conditioning system which are collectively integrated into a common, temperature-controlled system enclosure. In order to ensure the highest quality of services and products offered, all system components are rigorously tested in terms of their usability, integrity, stability, quality and safety.

Our systems are configured to operate under extreme and challenging conditions. Such as being able to receive sample gases from a steel furnace operating at a vacuum of 1 Torr or for petrochemical-related applications where the sample take-off pressure can reach upwards of 400 bar(g). The JTS-designed sampling conditioning systems are made of 316SS, 6MO, titanium, GRP, CR22 materials and others corresponding to the NACE, NORSOK and PED standards. If necessary, the gas supply lines and the system are heated up to 130 ° C in order prevent the sample gas from condensing. By maintaining the sample gas above its dewpoint, we can ensure trouble-free operation and maximize system up-time. We can also provide systems which are designed to sample from many measuring points on a sequenced basis. Based upon the sample conditions present, we can design our sample system to properly filter dust and other solid particles present in order to prevent loss-of-sample flow conditions. If required, compliance with ATEX regulations and their counterparts can be achieved by providing approved electro-mechanical components and by obtaining 3rd party system certification. When required, JTS can also certify its integrated systems scope of supply via a FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and/or SAT (Site Acceptance Testing). We work with our clients from the conceptual design stage and consult with them all the way through to the fulfillment of our obligations. And even longer ... We perfectly understand that our responsibility to our clients does not end when the control and measurement system installation is complete. Our mission requires that we continue our support efforts thereafter by providing technical assistance, further consultations and on-site services for as long as we are needed in order to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied with our performance.
